Project Overview

Before

The property had a limited layout with restricted natural light and underutilized space. Existing internal walls and structural limitations made the home feel segmented and less functional. The balcony and room sizes did not fully maximize the available footprint of the building.

During

The transformation began with careful demolition of selected walls to open up and reconfigure the layout. Structural adjustments were made to support the new design, including the installation of steel beams for load-bearing strength.

A balcony extension and additional room expansion were constructed, followed by roofing adjustments to integrate the new structure seamlessly. Electrical lines were extended to suit the redesigned layout.

The installation of frameless folding/sliding glass doors was completed to create a fully openable living space, allowing for maximum light and indoor-outdoor flow.

After

The finished project reflects a modern, open-plan living environment with significantly improved space and functionality. The extended balcony and room areas now integrate seamlessly with the original structure.

The new glass doors allow the space to fully open, creating a bright, flexible living area. Completed roofing, electrical upgrades, and full painting deliver a polished and durable finish.

The result is a structurally reinforced, visually modern home with enhanced comfort, flow, and long-term value.
